I had a wonderful 6-night stay at The Cumberland, London. The location was perfect, right next to a massive mall! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The food was excellent, and I loved the buzzing atmosphere of the bar with live music. Such a great vibe!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond especially when I arrived late and they made sure I had a nice welcome with a complimentary drink.

It wasn’t exactly a budget place but you get what you pay for in terms of comfort.

Big rooms and friendly staff, but the wifi wasn’t very reliable during my stay.

A Disappointing Stay

We booked a Classic Twin room for our family, but it fell far below expectations. The atmosphere lacked warmth and comfort. While we expected more engagement from the staff, our three-night stay felt unwelcoming. I recommend seeking a more family-oriented hotel.

I had a lovely stay, especially when the staff brought me extra towels and the room was surprisingly spacious and comfy. There was a fantastic pool area and relaxing lounge perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the checkout process was a bit confusing, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

I had a great 2-night stay at The Cumberland, London! Our Gold King room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy corner with a nice armchair, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Hyde Park and various shops. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, making check-in a breeze.

The elevator was a bit slow during peak times.

Spent 2 nights in a Gold King room. Super spacious and the bed was really comfy, I practically melted into it. Loved the little amenities like the nice armchair, perfect for chilling after a day out. The view of Hyde Park from the window was a huge plus! Just a bit too warm at night, though. the A/C could've worked better. But overall, it was a solid stay!

The Cumberland’s beautiful guitar-themed decor was truly charming, making every visit to the lobby feel special and welcoming. The location near Hyde Park was perfect for leisurely walks, and I appreciated the easy access for senior guests.

More seating areas in common spaces would be beneficial.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with a nice touch of a bowl of strawberries and chocolates along with a complimentary bar. the easy access to Marble Arch made exploring the city a breeze.

Comfortable room, good bed, and excellent location, just 100 metres from the underground station, making it easy to visit many tourist attractions nearby while enjoying the convenience of amenities like wi-fi and a coffee shop.

Our stay was fantastic, especially the live rock music at the bar and the spacious room with comfortable beds. I also loved the welcome surprises for my birthday! Would definitely return.

Absolutely loved the comfy beds! 🛌 The breakfast had the freshest pastries and great coffee. Just found the crowd outside a bit unsettling at night.

It was just a great match for a swift stopover in London with fantastic value for money. The in-room toilet had a bad smell that needed attention but the staff quickly addressed our concerns. Tip, Don't hesitate to reach out to the staff about any issues you face during your stay.
